Are you as excited about spring as I am?
The lovely weather of the last few days inspired me to pull out some pretty paisley and floral fabric that I had squirreled away in my stash:
I bought loads of this upholstery fabric back when I lived in the city, and used it in pillows, curtains, and even in re-covering my kitchen chairs. Now that I have some free-hand embroidery skills, I realized this pattern is just perfect for a spring-time sampler.
So why don't we agree to celebrate the coming season
with a spring-time sampler give-away, shall we?
I'll stitch something gorgeous on this fabric in the next ten days, frame it up for you in an embroidery hoop, and then I'll hold a drawing to select our lucky winner on the first day of spring. (March 20! Can you believe how soon it is?)
Here's all you have to do to get in on the drawing:
-Become a follower of Fourteen Countess, or
-Make a comment on any Fourteen Countess blog post by 12:00 noon, March 20.
Easy peasy! Good luck!
I'm totally following you through an RSS feed :) This is pretty! I need more patterns and prints in my life...
ReplyDeleteIntriguing! I'll be interested to see what you do with this.
