I worked on this cross-stitch years ago, and left a single edge unfinished for the longest time:
But my motivation to complete the project came back this week when I realized that it would make the perfect thank-you gift for one of our wonderful Beacon neighbors who lent me some of her gardening books last year, and more recently, helped us shovel our way through the massive amount of snow that had been thrown into our driveway by the passing plows.
I'm amazed at how quickly this last little seam came together when I finally sat down to sew it up!
How many more days until the sunflowers are back?
